The third pasta sauce is an extremely simple pesto pasta sauce. This version of the sauce is an extra creamy way of making it, but you can still use a food processer instead of a blender if you prefer a thicker, chunkier pesto sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh basil
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
The juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of pine nuts
2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients into a blender
Add a splash of water and 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
Blend it all together
