6 Ingredient Vegan Pasta Sauce Part 2

This is the second 6 ingredient vegan pasta sauce, and it is actually a green curry pasta sauce. Although it isn’t your traditional pasta sauce, it is still just as tasty, if not a little more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of green curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Thai Chillis

Instructions:

  1. Pour the can of coconut milk into a pan or wok on a medium heat. Whisk it around until it separates
  2. Add the green curry paste, coconut sugar, the juice of a lime, and the salt.
  3. Mix it all together
  4. Leave to cook for 10-15 minutes
  5. Turn off the heat and add the Thai chilli’s
