6 Ingredient Vegan Pasta Sauce Part 2
This is the second 6 ingredient vegan pasta sauce, and it is actually a green curry pasta sauce. Although it isn’t your traditional pasta sauce, it is still just as tasty, if not a little more.
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of green curry paste
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
- 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Thai Chillis
- Pour the can of coconut milk into a pan or wok on a medium heat. Whisk it around until it separates
- Add the green curry paste, coconut sugar, the juice of a lime, and the salt.
- Mix it all together
- Leave to cook for 10-15 minutes
