This is the second 6 ingredient vegan pasta sauce, and it is actually a green curry pasta sauce. Although it isn’t your traditional pasta sauce, it is still just as tasty, if not a little more.
Ingredients:
1 can of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of green curry paste
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
1 lime
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Thai Chillis
Instructions:
Pour the can of coconut milk into a pan or wok on a medium heat. Whisk it around until it separates
Add the green curry paste, coconut sugar, the juice of a lime, and the salt.
Mix it all together
Leave to cook for 10-15 minutes
Turn off the heat and add the Thai chilli’s
