- 1 to 2 leaves kale destemmed
- 1 frozen banana cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
My Vegan Breakfast Smoothie with Banana and Coconut
First destem the Kale leaves by pulling the leaves upwards on the stem and cut up your frozen banana into smaller pieces. Pour the coconut milk into a blender and add in the kale, banana, coconut yoghurt and the cinnamon. Blend well until the smoothie is light and airy. You can optionally sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top to give it a really impressive finish.
